Senior UX / Product Designer — Founding MVP Consultant
Crisscross Remote (🇫🇷 Paris, France)
You will define the core user experience for a complex B2B services marketplace, focusing on information architecture, discovery, and decision-making flows. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and visual design teams to ensure the product remains intuitive and simple.
Responsibilities
- Define and design core experiences such as search, category pages, vendor lists, profiles, filtering, comparisons, and short‑list flows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications to guide development
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasible implementation and maintain design consistency
- Help establish design guidelines and contribute to the product’s overall design vision
Requirements
- Proven experience designing marketplaces, directories, search or discovery products
- Strong skills in information architecture, navigation, and decision‑making flows
- Hands‑on expertise with Figma for high‑fidelity design and prototyping
- Ability to work closely with product managers, engineers, and a visual/UI designer
- Experience with complex, data‑rich interfaces that feel simple to end users
