The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for DOOH, TVC, and digital campaigns. They will collaborate with the creative team to develop visual languages and integrate AI tools into the production workflow.
Responsibilities
- Create kinetic typography, logo animations, and infographic/explainer videos for DOOH, TVC, and digital campaigns
- Produce 2D/3D animation, basic character animation, camera moves, and shape animation
- Execute VFX tasks including tracking, keying, basic compositing, and cleanup
- Collaborate with Video Director, editors, and graphic designers to define visual language and propose motion solutions
- Manage motion template and asset libraries, standardize workflows, and integrate AI tools into the animation pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3–5 years of motion graphics experience (agency, production house, or in‑house)
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or Blender is a plus
- Understanding of 3D motion concepts and LED/DOOH systems
- Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, Firefly, and ChatGPT
