The role involves leading the end-to-end digital product design process from discovery and UX flows to high-quality UI delivery. The designer will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into usable digital experiences and provide technical handoffs to development teams.
Responsibilities
- Work in digital product squads from discovery through UI delivery
- Interact directly with client stakeholders, present solutions, align expectations, and defend design decisions
- Translate business objectives into digital experiences balancing usability, aesthetics, and feasibility
- Adapt language and approach across different projects and clients
- Contribute documentation, specifications, and handoff for development teams
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish for international projects
- Solid experience with digital product UX and UI
- Portfolio showing documented process, decisions, and impact
- Proficiency in Figma
- Familiarity with prototyping and documentation tools
- Clear communication with non‑design stakeholders (PMs, business leaders, clients)
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects and stakeholders
