Product Designer
Rescue Rituals Remote (🇺🇸 New York, New York, United States of America)
The Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for specific platform modules, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI. They will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are shippable and aligned with product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for assigned modules, from user flows and wireframes to high‑fidelity UI and interaction design
- Partner with the Product Manager to align design decisions with product strategy
- Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are shippable and well executed
- Conduct or synthesize user research to inform design decisions
- Maintain and evolve the design system for web and mobile consistency
- Balance design craft with speed to deliver functional designs quickly
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience
- Experience owning a full product or platform
- Strong portfolio showing end‑to‑end product thinking
- Ability to collaborate with product managers and engineers in a lean environment
- Experience designing mobile app interfaces (preferred)
- Availability to work overlapping IST and ET hours
