Senior Product Designer

You will own the end-to-end design process for the Stensul platform, from initial concepts to production-ready UX solutions. Additionally, you will shape product strategy by leveraging customer insights, data, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, scalable design experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end design for the Stensul platform, from concepts to production‑ready UI
- Shape product strategy by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions grounded in user insights and data
- Plan and conduct user interviews and usability tests, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly
- Create flows, functional prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design process
- Contribute to and champion the Stensul design system for consistency, scalability, and accessibility
- Mentor teammates on design principles and elevate the overall design quality
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong visual craft and interaction design skills
- Portfolio demonstrating business impact
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) in design workflows
- Ability to work across UI design, interaction design, UX, IA, research, and strategy
- Experience conducting usability tests and applying research insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling for engineers, PMs, and executives
- Familiarity with design systems and advocacy for their adoption
- Track record of cross‑functional collaboration
