UX Designer - Design System & Accessibility (Freelance possible)

You will design intuitive interfaces and maintain the design system while ensuring accessibility and consistency across applications. Additionally, you will conduct user research and collaborate with developers to ensure the final product meets user needs.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive interfaces and maintain design system consistency
- Ensure accessibility and UX/UI standards (WCAGâŻ2.1) are met
- Conduct user research using interviews, surveys, focus groups and usability tests
- Create lowâ and highâfidelity prototypes with a mobileâfirst approach
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to translate designs into functional applications
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and project teams
Requirements
- Confirmed experience as a UX Designer (portfolio required)
- Experience designing, managing and maintaining design systems
- Proficiency with Axure, Conceptboard, Figma and Mentimeter
- Strong knowledge of WCAGâŻ2.1 accessibility standards
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
