Design intuitive UI/UX interfaces and flows for web and mobile platforms to simplify complex pension processes. Collaborate with agile squads to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize the user experience through research and testing.
Responsibilities
- Design UI interfaces and UX flows in Figma, creating wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and visual components for web and mobile
- Maintain and extend the Design System to ensure visual consistency and component reuse
- Map Customer Journeys and diagram step‑by‑step affiliate flows to identify friction points
- Conduct usability testing and user research with real affiliates to validate design hypotheses
- Leverage ChatGPT/Claude to generate microcopy, summarize research insights, and explore alternative flows
- Coordinate with agile squads and business owners to refine regulatory requirements and ensure technical feasibility
Requirements
- 3–4 years proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
- Experience designing digital product flows for mobile apps and transactional websites
- Background in banking, AFP, insurance, fintech, health, or other highly regulated sectors (plus)
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma and active use of Design Systems
- Hands‑on experience with user‑flow mapping, wireframing, and basic usability testing
- Practical use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for microcopy and design variations
- Familiarity with pension‑fund regulation or AFP processes in Chile (optional)
- Experience with analytics or advanced prototyping tools (optional)
- Strong communication and collaboration with agile squads and business stakeholders
