You will own end-to-end design initiatives within the Growth stream, from initial problem framing to build-ready delivery and post-launch iteration. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve ambiguity and ensure design decisions are informed by research and behavioural data.

Requirements
- Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership. Proficiency in user research, data-driven design, and working within regulated environments is essential, along with fluent English communication skills.
