The role involves the operational implementation of visual concepts and cross-media design solutions for print and digital platforms. It also requires using AI tools for creative exploration and collaborating with art direction and strategy teams to ensure design quality.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic concepts into visual solutions for print and digital channels, from initial idea through final delivery
- Develop consistent brand and communication assets across multiple media
- Maintain high design quality across all touchpoints and formats
- Leverage AI tools to explore concepts, increase efficiency, and push creative boundaries
- Collaborate with art direction, strategy, and other disciplines on interdisciplinary projects
- Assist in visualizing presentations, content structures, and communication models
- Contribute to internal process improvement and innovation initiatives
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in communication or visual design, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital execution
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Proficiency using AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, and ChatGPT for creative exploration
- Detailâoriented, selfâorganized, and able to deliver from concept to final production
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
