The Design Manager will lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-controlled projects for federal clients. They are responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships while driving business development and pursuit strategies.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the federal market sector and a bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering. Proficiency in Autodesk platforms and the ability to obtain a Certified Project Management (CPM) certification are required, along with United States citizenship.
