Lead the evolution of Product Design through AI-first practices, systems thinking, and high-quality craft across business verticals. Mentor other designers and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, and Engineering to scale digital product quality.
Responsibilities
- Work hands‑on within a specific business vertical applying systems thinking, craft and AI‑first practices
- Provide technical leadership across Design, Product, Research and Engineering
- Raise the bar for interaction quality, visual consistency, motion and hierarchy
- Support evolution of foundations and AI‑Design System practices
- Advance AI‑first and prototype‑first workflows, integrating generative UI and adaptive interfaces
- Participate early in product discussions to help teams scale quality consistently
- Assist hiring processes, live case reviews and technical calibrations
- Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a collaborative design culture
Requirements
- Solid experience in product design for large‑scale digital products
- Hands‑on systems thinking and ability to define craft standards
- Proven track record influencing design direction across multiple teams
- Experience building or contributing to design systems and scalable operational practices
- Practical knowledge of AI‑assisted design workflows for discovery, prototyping and documentation
- Mentoring experience and participation in technical hiring and portfolio reviews
- Expertise in interaction design, visual hierarchy, motion and consistency
