- The Staff UX Designer will lead design execution and cross-functional strategy to create accessible, high-quality payroll experiences. They are responsible for mentoring designers, driving design system adoption, and applying systems thinking to complex product challenges.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in UX or product design, preferably within a SaaS or product-led environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex data, multi-step forms, and proficiency with Figma and AI-assisted design tools is required.
