You will lead discovery and design intuitive web and mobile experiences while maintaining the product design system. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to deliver measurable, user-validated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and translate complex requirements into simple, measurable solutions
- Design accessible web and mobile journeys, create Figma mockups and prototypes aligned with the design system
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering to define scope and ensure smooth handoff
- Facilitate coâdesign workshops and share decisions with stakeholders
- Continuously improve experience based on user feedback and KPI tracking
- Contribute to design system maintenance, component creation and guideline reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience on SaaS or dataâdriven products
- Strong UI/UX skills for web and mobile
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience contributing to a design system
- Solid UX research practice
- Analytical mindset and collaborative attitude
- Interest in fintech, SME needs and accessibility (a plus)
