Senior UX/UI Designer – UI & Design Systems – Göteborg/Luleå
Sway Sourcing 🇸🇪 Luleå, Norrbotten County, Sweden
You will create and maintain scalable, component-based UI designs while collaborating closely with product owners and development teams. The role involves driving design standardization, conducting A/B testing, and verifying the quality of implemented interfaces within an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with UI Lead, Product Owners and Chief Product Owner to craft design solutions based on identified needs
- Create and evolve UI designs and component‑based web solutions
- Drive standardisation and support development teams with design principles and rules
- Conduct A/B testing and other validation methods prior to implementation
- Test and verify implemented UI designs
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies
- Contribute ideas, insights and design expertise within cross‑functional teams
Requirements
- Deep experience with Figma and UI design
- Proven track record of component‑based web design
- Experience designing UX/UI for web solutions
- Strong knowledge of agile development methods such as Scrum
- Ability to work closely with product owners and development teams
- Experience validating and quality‑assuring design before and after implementation
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration
- Fluent in English (Swedish knowledge is a plus)
- Understanding of TCP/IP communication and MQTT is a merit
- Experience with A/B testing is a merit
