Graphic Designer (Team Employer Branding)

Design recruitment and employer branding materials across social media, websites, and internal channels. Manage the end-to-end design process from concept to final artwork while ensuring brand consistency and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design recruitment‑focused communication materials and employer‑brand assets for social media, website, events and internal channels
- Develop concepts to final artwork while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and create key visuals for recruitment campaigns and internal communications
- Prepare print‑ready files for flyers, posters, standees, backdrops, banners and recruitment documents
- Manage project timelines and ensure quality and on‑time delivery
- Stay updated on design trends, candidate behaviour and content strategies to enhance creativity and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
- 1‑2 years experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and diverse digital and print designs
- Good aesthetic sense for layout, typography and colour
- Proactive, meticulous and responsible attitude
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
