You will solve strategic business problems through design while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients. Your role involves communicating design choices effectively and identifying opportunities for innovation within client projects.
Responsibilities
- Understand and solve strategic and business problems through design while respecting project constraints
- Communicate and defend design decisions clearly to peers, teams, and clients
- Adapt design practices and evangelize them according to client maturity, staying flexible and open
- Identify improvement or innovation opportunities for clients and report them to the project Lead
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary, often international, teams throughout program progress
- Produce thoughtful, high‑quality, scalable designs using all available tools to meet project goals
- Demonstrate humility, teamwork, and willingness to question assumptions, reaching compromises when needed
Requirements
- Fluent/bilingual English proficiency
- Significant experience designing digital interfaces for web, mobile, marketplace, or e‑commerce projects with strategic and commercial impact
- Ability to collaborate with designers, product owners, developers, data consultants, and international teams
- Strong decision‑making and communication skills to defend design choices to peers and clients
- Deep expertise in information architecture, ergonomics, and accessibility
