Beca Product Designer – UX/UI

Collaborate on real digital projects to define and conceptualize websites, applications, and platforms. Perform user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and iterate designs based on business needs and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on real projects with designers, researchers, product, business, data and technology professionals
- Define and conceptualize websites, applications, platforms and digital tools
- Create flows, experience maps, information architectures, wireframes and prototypes
- Design clear, accessible, attractive and functional interfaces
- Translate business needs and technical requirements into easy‑to‑understand experiences
- Conduct user research activities such as interviews, workshops and usability tests
- Evolve design systems, components and interaction patterns
- Analyze results and iterate on designed solutions
- Work with product, development, business and data teams in agile environments
- Gain exposure to the full product design process from research to delivery
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in university or vocational training related to Product Design, UX/UI, user experience, digital design, graphic design, product development or similar fields
- Ability to understand problems before designing solutions and to explain design reasoning
- Empathy, critical thinking and strong teamwork skills
- Proactive, responsible and open to feedback
- English level B2 or higher
- Availability for at least six months of internship
- Portfolio showing process and design work (academic, personal, professional or conceptual)
- Familiarity with Figma for interface design and prototyping
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Responsive design understanding
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Experience with tools such as Miro, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira or Confluence
- Responsible use of AI tools in the design process
