You will lead the technical delivery of commercial projects from design development through to construction and handover. This involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards.

Requirements
- Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in technical design or project delivery with strong Revit proficiency and direct Design & Build experience. A degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture is required, along with a solid understanding of UK construction compliance.
