Graphic Designer (Editorial / Book Publications / Annual Reports)

Design and develop various editorial publications including annual reports, books, and corporate profiles from concept through final artwork. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure visual consistency, readability, and high-quality production standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop annual, integrated, sustainability reports, corporate profiles, books, magazines and other editorial publications
- Create clean, sophisticated layouts with strong typography and information hierarchy
- Develop visual concepts that align with client branding and communication objectives
- Prepare artwork for both print and digital publishing
- Ensure consistency across large multi‑page documents
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine designs based on feedback
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of editorial design experience
- Strong portfolio of book, annual report or long‑format publications
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign (essential)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Deep understanding of grids, typography, page composition and print production
- Ability to manage large multi‑page documents with precision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with creative directors, writers and clients
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent
