Design end-to-end digital experiences, from flow definition to high-fidelity interfaces, while collaborating with product and development teams. Analyze business needs and user evidence to propose scalable, technically viable solutions while incorporating AI to optimize design processes.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end digital experiences from flow definition to high‑fidelity UI
- Translate business needs, technical requirements and user research into clear, viable design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and detailed screens using the existing Design System
- Identify gaps in the Design System and propose scalable, consistent solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams throughout the design process
- Prepare comprehensive design handoffs including interactions, validations, error states and component specifications
- Participate in development reviews to ensure implementation quality
- Critically evaluate discoveries, research, metrics and prior definitions, raising questions when evidence is insufficient
- Lead validation sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Integrate AI tools responsibly to accelerate information analysis, generate design variations and automate repetitive tasks
- Document decisions, rationales and learnings to support team collaboration and product evolution
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer on digital products
- Strong portfolio showcasing interface design and visual detail
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design system usage
- Experience working with Design Systems and creating responsive, accessible UI
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes and detailed handoffs
- Fluent Spanish (native or advanced) and conversational Portuguese for daily collaboration
- Experience with AI tools for design research, synthesis and automation
- Excellent communication and ability to justify design decisions to technical and business stakeholders
