You will conduct usability testing and user research to identify improvement opportunities for the global Inter Shop experience. Additionally, you will create interfaces using Figma and align design solutions with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Conduct usability tests to validate solutions and uncover improvement opportunities
- Create UI designs in Figma following the Design System guidelines for visual and interaction consistency
- Plan and execute user research to generate insights that inform design decisions
- Align scope and expectations with stakeholders, ensuring clear objectives
- Present design proposals and results in a structured manner to audiences at various hierarchy levels
- Support data‑driven decisions using qualitative and/or quantitative evidence
Requirements
- Excellent communication and strong influencing ability with senior stakeholders
- Ability to combine discovery and delivery, balancing solid processes with high‑impact visual output
- Problem‑solving focus on real user needs beyond aesthetics
- Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork across Brazil and the United States
- Optional: proficiency in English and/or Spanish for international validation
- Optional: experience in banking or e‑commerce environments
