Responsible for designing UI/UX for web and mobile applications to optimize user experience. This includes conducting user research, applying Design Thinking to solve complex problems, and collaborating on the development of Design Systems and UX principles.
Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research (interviews, testing, surveys) and translate insights into design solutions
- Apply Design Thinking to solve complex problems and continuously improve experiences based on data
- Collaborate to build and maintain Design System, UX Principles, UX Audit processes and training materials
- Work closely with UI, UX, PO and PM to ensure designs meet product and business goals
- Participate in cross‑functional teamwork with engineers and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as UI Designer, UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of graphic fundamentals (color theory, layout, contrast)
- Ability to conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys
- Experience researching market and competitor products
- Responsibility and high pressure tolerance
