The role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with product and development teams to deliver intuitive digital solutions. You will also participate in ideation workshops and execute usability testing to ensure data-driven improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify needs, behaviors and improvement opportunities
- Create customer journeys, user flows and information architectures for digital products and services
- Participate in ideation sessions, workshops and co‑creation activities with cross‑functional teams
- Design wireframes, prototypes and interface proposals using Figma
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure proper implementation of designs
- Execute and analyze usability tests, recommending data‑driven improvements
- Help evolve digital products to ensure intuitive, accessible, user‑centered experiences
Requirements
- Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Integrated Design or similar
- Specialized training in UX/UI, User Experience or Product Design
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Human‑Centered Design methodologies
- Experience in user research, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency with Figma for interface design and prototyping
- Experience with collaborative tools such as Miro or FigJam
- Understanding of customer journeys, user flows, and information architecture
- High level of English proficiency
