Projektmanager - Design Engineering (w/m/d)

Manage complex infrastructure projects for clients like Deutsche Bahn and road construction through HOAI phases 1 to 7. Responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to costs, deadlines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as main contact for infrastructure clients on Deutsche Bahn and roadâconstruction projects
- Manage complex infrastructure projects across HOAI phases 1â7 with structured, independent work
- Ensure compliance with cost, schedule and quality targets
- Apply softâskill expertise in client liaison and hardâskill expertise with relevant software tools
- Coordinate solutionâfocused collaboration with users, planners and contractors
- Support development and implementation of projectâspecific organisational structures
- Handle procurement, contract administration, changeâorder management, invoicing and quality assurance
- Collaborate with colleagues at other Arcadis locations
Requirements
- Passion for improving quality of life and customer satisfaction
- Technical understanding and first experience in infrastructure project control
- University degree in Architecture, Civil or Construction Engineering, or related field
- Experience in project control and management of infrastructure projects, preferably for Deutsche Bahn or road authorities
- Knowledge of German construction industry, including roads, bridges, tunnels
- Familiarity with AHO, HOAI, VOB and international models such as EPCM, FIDIC
- Proficient use of MS Project and Office applications
- Strong German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel as required
