You will conduct usability testing and user research to identify improvement opportunities while creating interfaces in Figma that align with the design system. Additionally, you will manage stakeholder expectations and present design proposals backed by qualitative and quantitative data.
Responsibilities
- Conduct usability tests to validate solutions and identify improvement opportunities
- Create interfaces in Figma following the Design System guidelines to ensure visual and interaction consistency
- Plan and execute user research to generate insights that inform design decisions
- Align with stakeholders to clarify scope, objectives, and expectations
- Present proposals and results in a structured manner to audiences at different hierarchical levels
- Base decisions on qualitative and/or quantitative data to foster an evidence‑driven culture
Requirements
- Excellent communication and strong influencing skills to present and defend solutions to various audiences
- Ability to balance discovery and delivery, combining solid processes with high‑impact visual outputs
- Problem‑solving mindset focused on real user needs beyond aesthetics
- Collaborative team player with strong teamwork capabilities across Brazil and the United States
- Optional: English and/or Spanish proficiency for international validation and alignment
- Optional: Experience in banking or e‑commerce environments
