- The Senior UX Researcher will lead complex, high-impact research initiatives to inform product strategy and design decisions. They will also strengthen the research practice by mentoring team members and advocating for customer-centered decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in UX research, including expertise in mixed-methods research and working within SaaS organizations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as human-computer interaction or psychology is required.
