Responsibilities
- The Staff UX Designer will balance hands-on design execution with cross-functional leadership to turn complex user needs into accessible experiences. They will also define UX standards, mentor other designers, and contribute to product strategy and design system governance.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in UX or product design, preferably within a SaaS or product-led environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex data, multi-step forms, and high-trust scenarios is required, along with mastery of Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
