The Product Designer will lead end-to-end digital experiences, managing the process from problem discovery and research to UI design and visual QA. They will collaborate within agile squads to ensure high-quality, accessible, and consistent product delivery while maintaining the company's Design System.
Responsibilities
- Own the full discovery and design lifecycle, from insight gathering and ideation to high‑fidelity UI and visual QA
- Plan and execute user testing and stakeholder validation, iterating based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Participate actively in agile squad ceremonies (planning, refinements, retrospectives, daily stand‑ups) and collaborate with product owners, developers and QA
- Contribute to Tenpo's Design System by creating or improving components, patterns and variants to increase consistency and development speed
- Ensure compliance with Tenpo's Experience Performance Standard (XPS) – performance, usability, accessibility and visual coherence – for every release
- Partner with developers, product leads and QA to guarantee visual fidelity and interaction quality during implementation and release
- Maintain up‑to‑date design documentation (Figma files, flows, prototypes, specs) and trace design decisions for future reference
Requirements
- Professional degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Design Engineering or related field
- Portfolio with end‑to‑end UX/UI projects for mobile apps or web platforms
- 3‑6 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design or similar roles in agile, multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced Figma skills: components, auto‑layout, variables, interactive prototyping
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design System for a scaling product
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility standards
- Ability to conduct user research: interviews, usability testing, synthesis of findings
- Intermediate English for technical documentation
- Experience in fintech, high‑traffic consumer apps or startups is a plus
- Familiarity with accessibility audit tools (Axe, Lighthouse) and research tools (Maze, Useberry, UserTesting)
- Understanding of handoff processes, design tokens, Storybook, and basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with motion design or micro‑interactions for mobile apps
- Relevant certifications in UX/UI, Product Design, Accessibility, Design Systems or Design Thinking
