Design end-to-end digital experiences, from flow definition to high-fidelity interfaces, while collaborating with product and development teams. Incorporate AI tools to optimize design processes and ensure high-quality implementation through clear handoffs and continuous validation.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end digital experiences, from flow definition to high‑fidelity interfaces
- Translate business needs, technical requirements and user evidence into clear, viable solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and detailed UI designs
- Apply and extend the existing Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Identify gaps in the system and propose consistent, scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams throughout the design process
- Produce clear design handoffs covering behaviors, validations, errors and UI states
- Support development implementation and review to ensure quality of experience
- Analyze discoveries, research, metrics and prior definitions, questioning inconsistencies
- Participate in validation sessions and continuous improvement of solutions
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks, explore alternatives and optimize design workflow
- Document decisions, learnings and rationales to facilitate collaboration and product evolution
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Product Designer on digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interface design and visual detail
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and its advanced features
- Experience working with Design Systems
- Ability to design complete user flows and responsive interfaces
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices
- Proven collaboration with Development and Product teams
- Ability to justify design decisions to technical and business stakeholders
- Practical experience using AI tools within the design process
- Native or advanced Spanish; conversational Portuguese preferred
