Senior Product Designer - Mijn Taken

You will shape the 'Mijn Taken' platform by translating research insights into user-friendly product visions and validated designs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to improve operational workflows for store employees.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and present insights to the development team
- Lead design critique sessions
- Create and iterate high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Present long‑term product vision to business stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and end‑users to improve work processes
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English
- Deep expertise with Figma
- Extensive experience in discovery and validation research
- Ability to lead complex stakeholder processes
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
Benefits
- Gross salary €5,200 – €6,700 per month (40 h week)
- Annual bonus up to 7.5 % of base salary
