The Senior UX Designer will lead user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure digital services meet accessibility standards. They will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to validate solutions through usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user‑research activities
- Analyse user needs and derive UX recommendations
- Create personas, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
- Design and validate solutions through usability testing
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and development teams
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0)
Requirements
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- English at least B2 level
- Experience with user‑research methods such as contextual inquiry, interviews, surveys, and card sorting
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Advanced skills in Axure RP
- Advanced skills in Sketch
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards
