You will integrate generative AI tools into design workflows to optimize user experience for high-traffic e-commerce platforms. Additionally, you will design innovative interfaces, conduct user research, and guide creative teams in adopting AI-driven design practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate innovative interfaces using AIâassisted design tools
- Conduct detailed userâneeds analysis to create fluid, personalized journeys
- Provide technical expertise on AI usage (image generation, component generation, workflow automation)
- Guide creative teams in adopting AIâdriven design practices
- Participate in design, prototyping, and userâtesting phases
- Identify and evaluate new AI technologies together with Product Managers
- Maintain efficient communication in English with international stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3/5) in Graphic Design, UX/UI or related field
- Significant digital experience, preferably in eâcommerce or tourism
- Deep mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT/DALLâE
- Proven interactive prototyping skills
- Understanding of conversion and UX challenges in hospitality
- Fluent English (international context)
- Analytical mindset to turn complex data into simple visual solutions
- Excellent communication and argumentation skills
- Team collaboration across multidisciplinary groups
- Technical curiosity and continuous AI research
