Lead the design of end-to-end workflows for user-facing features, internal tools, and core platform systems. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex problems into intuitive, scalable, and user-centric product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive end‑to‑end product experiences for both users and internal tools
- Translate complex problems and workflows into clear UI solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals for ambiguous challenges
- Leverage research insights to inform design decisions
- Contribute to the design system and champion accessibility
- Mentor peers, share knowledge, and help improve design processes
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio
- Advanced skills in Figma, Protopie, Framer, or similar tools
- Strong interaction and systems thinking
- Experience designing zero‑to‑one products or new platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
