Design end-to-end experiences and tools to detect policy violations, reduce fraud, and manage marketplace trust and risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex risk signals into intuitive workflows for both users and internal moderators.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end experiences that protect marketplace integrity while minimizing friction
- Translate complex policies and risk signals into intuitive product experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals for Trust & Risk tools
- Support internal moderation and enforcement teams with usable tooling
- Contribute to the design system and advocate for accessibility
- Use data, research, and feedback to iterate and identify new trust‑building opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Protopie, Framer, or similar tools
- Experience designing complex systems and workflows
- Strong interaction and systems thinking
- Ability to conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
