- Lead the creation, evolution, and adoption of a design systems practice to deliver consistent digital experiences at scale. Bridge the gap between design and engineering through rigorous component thinking and governance across client engagements.
Requirements
- Requires 10-14 years of experience with at least 4 years focused on scaling design systems for large organizations. A bachelor's degree in Design or a related field and a professional portfolio are mandatory.
