Design end-to-end digital experiences, from flow definition to high-fidelity interface design, while collaborating with product and development teams. Analyze and synthesize information using AI tools to optimize design processes and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end digital experiences, from flow definition to high‑fidelity interface design
- Translate business needs, technical requirements and user evidence into clear, viable solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and detailed UI designs
- Work from the existing Design System, applying components, patterns and guidelines correctly
- Identify gaps in the system and propose scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams throughout the process
- Produce clear design handoffs covering interactions, validations, errors and various states
- Support development, review implementations and ensure experience quality
- Analyze and challenge discoveries, research, metrics and prior definitions when evidence is insufficient
- Participate in validation sessions and continuous improvement of solutions
- Incorporate AI tools to accelerate tasks, explore alternatives and optimise the design process
- Document decisions, learnings and rationales to facilitate collaboration and product evolution
Requirements
- 3‑5 years of proven experience as a Product Designer for digital products or services
- Strong visual detail orientation and interface design expertise
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and its advanced features
- Experience working with Design Systems
- Ability to design complete user flows
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility and usability best practices
- Proven collaboration with Development and Product teams
- Ability to justify design decisions to technical and business stakeholders
- Practical experience using AI tools in the design process
- Autonomy, proactivity and comfort working in regional distributed teams
- Native or advanced Spanish; conversational Portuguese is a plus
