The UX Designer will manage the full design cycle, from conducting user research and interviews to creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. They will collaborate daily with developers and product teams to ensure a consistent user experience throughout the development process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (interviews, workshops, surveys, usability tests) using appropriate methods
- Translate research insights into wireframes and high/low‑fidelity mockups in Figma
- Create interactive prototypes and iterate based on user testing feedback
- Organize and run usability tests, analyze results and refine designs
- Collaborate daily with developers and other team members to ensure design consistency through development
- Produce deliverables such as research reports, personas, customer journeys, mockups, prototypes, and usability test reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Proficiency with Figma and FigJam
- Experience using Miro, Jira or Confluence
- End‑to‑end product design experience
- Knowledge of Design Systems and Design Thinking
- Awareness of digital accessibility standards
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to collaborate with Product, Design and Tech teams
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
