Media Design Manager Global Commerce (m|w|d)

The Media Design Manager is responsible for developing and implementing creative content and design concepts for FC Bayern's global commerce division. This includes creating graphics, campaign assets, key visuals, and managing product photography for e-commerce and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content and design concepts for Global Commerce, creating attention‑grabbing graphics, campaign assets and visual materials
- Design key visuals and adapt them for different formats, markets, platforms and communication occasions
- Produce graphics, final artwork and print‑ready production data
- Plan, execute and post‑process product photography sessions
- Create high‑quality visual worlds for e‑commerce, digital channels, stores and marketing campaigns
- Ensure consistent, brand‑aligned visual implementation across all channels and touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in e‑commerce, stores, portfolio planning and product development
Requirements
- Completed education or degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in graphic or media design, preferably in content and digital communication
- Strong ability to develop creative, target‑oriented and brand‑consistent design concepts for various channels
- Excellent sense of current visual and commercial trends and their audience‑appropriate application
- Deep understanding of consistent application of brand and design guidelines across different media and touchpoints
- Initiative, high creativity, flexibility and quick comprehension
- Structured, reliable and independent working style with a team‑oriented mindset
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in product photography, professional image editing and retouching
- Knowledge of 3D design and rendering is a plus
- Interest and experience with AI‑supported design tools is a plus
- Fluent German and very good English
