The Senior UX Researcher will lead research direction across product domains, identifying knowledge gaps and translating them into actionable study plans. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize insights and ensure product decisions are grounded in evidence.

Requirements
- Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in UX research and a degree in a relevant field such as HCI, Psychology, or Social Sciences. Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and the ability to mentor junior staff are required.
