- Oversee technical design execution for women's dresses from development through production while managing a team of technical designers. Lead live fittings and collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors to ensure fit and construction standards are met.
Requirements
- Requires 10-12+ years of technical design experience in women's dresses and expert knowledge of garment construction and grading. A bachelor's degree in Technical Design or Patternmaking is preferred along with proficiency in Illustrator, Excel, and PLM systems.
