You will integrate generative AI tools into design workflows to optimize user experience on high-traffic e-commerce platforms. Additionally, you will design innovative interfaces, conduct user research, and collaborate with product managers to implement technical AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate innovative interfaces using AIâassisted design tools
- Conduct detailed userâneeds analysis to craft fluid, personalized journeys
- Provide technical expertise on AI usage (image generation, component creation, workflow automation)
- Guide creative teams in adopting new AIâdriven design practices
- Lead design, prototyping, and userâtesting phases
- Research emerging AI technologies and tools together with Product Managers
- Maintain efficient communication in English with international stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+3/5) in graphic design, UX/UI or equivalent
- Significant digital design experience, preferably in eâcommerce or tourism
- Advanced proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong knowledge of generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT/DALLâE)
- Proven interactive prototyping skills
- Understanding of conversion and UX challenges specific to hospitality
- Fluent English (international context)
- Analytical mindset to turn complex data into simple visual solutions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Technical curiosity and continuous AI trend monitoring
