- Lead the design management process from tender through to construction delivery for major projects valued between $50M and $300M. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and consultants to ensure design solutions meet quality, safety, and budget standards.
Requirements
- Requires proven experience as a Design Manager with Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builders in the Australian construction industry. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is required.
