You will define research objectives, conduct user testing and interviews, and analyze results to inform product development. You will also act as an UX expert, collaborating with designers and product teams to ensure high-quality research standards.
Responsibilities
- Define research objectives and write protocols
- Select and manage test participant panels
- Facilitate test sessions, interviews and other research activities
- Analyze results and present findings to stakeholders
- Support other designers by reviewing methods, deliverables and syntheses
- Act as UX expert and champion UX methods within the project team
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and AI‑driven user behaviours
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in UX Research for large accounts
- Experience with mobile applications (preferred)
- Experience in agile/product environments
- Knowledge of banking or fintech sector (preferred)
- Strong operational and user‑research orientation
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Excellent communication, empathy and listening skills
- Curiosity, rigor, organization and proactive attitude
- Technical skills: Figma/Figjam, Lookback, Optimal Workshop
