Design marketing materials, social media assets, branding, and digital campaigns from concept to final artwork. Collaborate with the Art Director and team to brainstorm creative ideas while ensuring brand consistency and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing, social media, branding, and digital campaign assets according to briefs
- Develop design ideas from concept to final artwork while maintaining brand consistency
- Support brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the team
- Work independently on small projects and collaborate with Leader/Art Director on larger projects
- Manage timelines and ensure delivery within deadlines
- Stay updated on new design trends and apply them to creative work
Requirements
- 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably agency or brand background
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (motion is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showing diverse design work
- Good sense of layout, typography, and color
- Proactive, creative, meticulous
- Understanding of photography and print production
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
