The Web Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing, responsive website layouts and interactive elements across various devices. They collaborate with development and marketing teams to translate concepts into functional designs while optimizing for speed, SEO, and accessibility.

- Design and develop visually appealing, responsive website layouts compatible across multiple browsers and devices
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards for project planning
- Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into functional designs
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve technical issues
- Stay updated on web design trends such as CSS Flexbox, Grid, and advanced JavaScript techniques
- Ensure designs adhere to company branding guidelines and quality standards
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and support continuous improvement of digital assets
Requirements
- Proven track record of relevant industry experience with a strong portfolio
- Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Notepad++
- Experience with Photoshop and Dreamweaver
- Solid understanding of UI and UX principles
- Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design frameworks
- Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
