Graphic Designer
Ehr Ware Remote (🇨🇾 Apostolos Varnavas & Agios Makarios, Strovolos Municipality, Cyprus)
The Graphic Designer will create compelling visual content across multiple brands and channels to support marketing, CRM, and product initiatives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-performing assets that drive acquisition, engagement, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design high‑quality digital assets for campaigns, websites, landing pages, social media, CRM communications and advertising
- Create engaging visuals for sportsbook, casino and corporate brands across international markets while maintaining brand consistency
- Develop visual concepts that align with campaign objectives and business goals
- Support brand guideline evolution and visual identity systems
- Produce acquisition‑focused creatives for paid media (display, social, native, affiliate, programmatic) and iterate based on performance data
- Collaborate with media buyers and CRM teams to test and improve creative performance, including A/B testing variations
- Create social media graphics, infographics and visual storytelling assets to boost engagement
- Work closely with marketing managers, CRM specialists, content creators, product teams and external partners to translate briefs into effective designs
- Maintain organized design libraries and ensure assets are optimized for each platform
- Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices, contributing ideas to improve workflow efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Graphic/Digital Designer
- Strong portfolio showing digital marketing, branding and visual communication
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy skills
- Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, CRM and web platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English
- Preferred: iGaming, sports betting, affiliate marketing, FinTech or digital entertainment experience
- Preferred: motion graphics and animation knowledge
- Preferred: Figma and basic UX/UI fundamentals
