You will lead product research and design the UI/UX for internal platform tools and web products. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a unified design system and integrating AI-first processes into the design workflow.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end‑to‑end product research, gathering context, defining problems, and justifying design decisions
- Design and redesign UI/UX for all Engine internal products (e.g., Paywall Builder, KissMyCockpit, AutoRules, Sauron Eye, Refund)
- Build and maintain a reusable component library and UI‑kit for engineers and AI tools
- Utilise AI‑first design process with Figma, Stitch, Pencil and LLM tools to generate rapid drafts and variations
- Create detailed end‑to‑end flows from problem definition through wireframes, mock‑ups and semantic markup for development
- Support stakeholder presentations and design communication as needed
Requirements
- Strong product UI/UX portfolio
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience conducting independent product research (user flows, competitor analysis, stakeholder requirements)
- Experience with design systems / UI‑kit
- Fluency with AI‑assisted design tools (Figma / Stitch / Pencil + LLMs)
- Bonus: experience with paywall/subscription flows
- Bonus: motion‑design skills
- Bonus: understanding of front‑end semantics and hand‑off to code
- Bonus: experience in product platforms / product‑factory environments
