Responsibilities
- Lead and support the mechanical design team in developing bespoke automation and special-purpose machinery. Oversee projects from initial concept through to manufacture and commissioning while managing departmental resources and KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a mechanical design team with a strong background in automation, robotics, or industrial equipment. Must possess hands-on 3D CAD capability and experience delivering engineering projects from concept to completion.
