Lead the full-cycle UI/UX design for digital applications, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals. Conduct user research and maintain a unified corporate design system and component library to improve development efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for new and existing digital applications ensuring brand compliance and accessibility
- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys and usability testing
- Produce wireframes, user flows, IA diagrams and high‑fidelity interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to align designs with functional requirements
- Maintain and evolve the enterprise design system and component library
- Perform design reviews and quality checks on released features
- Document design specifications and hand‑off assets for development
Requirements
- 3‑5 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript basics
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
