The Graphic Designer will support the creative team by developing patterns, motifs, and visual documentation for studio production. They will collaborate with production teams to translate design concepts into finished products while maintaining design archives and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and document patterns, motifs and colour ways for studio production
- Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, design decks and visual references for internal and client reviews
- Translate creative briefs into refined visual outputs while maintaining studio aesthetic
- Maintain and organise design archives, colour palettes, pattern libraries and reference materials
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible for final products
- Identify and communicate design feasibility concerns during development
- Contribute original concepts for seasonal collections and new product development
- Support the design team in creating visually compelling presentations and documentation
- Ensure design files, artwork and supporting materials are accurately maintained and updated
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality design output within project timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Textile Design, Product Design, Graphic Design or related field
- 3–4 years of relevant design experience, preferably in product design, furniture, home décor, textiles, or carpets
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent understanding of pattern development, colour theory, layout design and visual storytelling
- Experience creating mood boards, presentations and visual documentation
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and professional work
